Standard Return Guidelines:

- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at social@eighthroom.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.

- Please include the RA number on the outside of the package when returning your item.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

Refund Process:

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

- If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges:

- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

- Gift cards and personalized items are non-returnable.
